Guest guest Posted November 14, 2010 Report Share Posted November 14, 2010 I got in an afternoon bonus! And boy did I need to. I pigged out today big-time... Feeling kinda depressed...bored....tired...anxious...blah... I'm feeling much better after my kettlbell workout. Anyway, this is one of the workouts that was included in the Target Iron Core package. It's a 30 minute workout which consists of 4 rounds. However, it's the same exercises in each round..GRR.. So it's really only like 8 minutes of new exercises. And then at the end a short swing section which is for the abs (she says, but it does more cardio for me). I still liked it, and it was nice knowing what to expect. I used my 25lb bell for everything. And mentioned later that was what she was using. I could have probably used 30, but it would have wiped me out! I burned 352 with my average at 137.
