Guest guest
Corn products are fine. Grits are good. Check the ingredients though, some manufacturers put wheat in for a filler and to make them thicker. There are alot of cereals that are corn and rice based, if your daughter likes cereal. I am also just beginning to read the book special diets for special kids. I understand that you have to avoid milk/diary and grass like grains. How about corn? My daughter loves grits, which are made from corn. I have a picky eater who only craves everything she is not supposed to have. I know that is part of the cycle. __________________________________________________
