Corn products are fine. Grits are good. Check the ingredients though, some

manufacturers put wheat in for a filler and to make them thicker.

There are alot of cereals that are corn and rice based, if your daughter likes

cereal.

Good luck

We are in the first few weeks of the GFCF diet. I could not find the

fleishmans margarine that is free. I bought smart start that stated it

was gluten free. I am also just beginning to read the book special

diets for special kids. I understand that you have to avoid milk/diary

and grass like grains. How about corn? My daughter loves grits, which

are made from corn. I have a picky eater who only craves everything she

is not supposed to have. I know that is part of the cycle.
