New Nigerians - need advice

Hi All i posted a while back - the person petitioning city to allow goats in the

backyards of city dwellers.

I just got 2 Nigerian does on Saturday, both from same farm - mom and daughter.

Bought bag of feed from breeder so i could transition feeds. 1 is due to kid

next month. The other they think is pg. Not sure.

Anyhow the older one, mom, is 4 and she is barely eating anything. Their water

looks the same as when i put it out there. I try to feed her from hand and even

dish, same grains as the breeder she does not eat any. She has nibbled a couple

bites of apple. Their hay feeder is pretty much as full as when i filled it

Saturday - Orchard hay - breeder fed also.

The young maybe PG is 1 yr old and she has been eating up stuff out of my hand -

grains, lettuce, carrots - small amounts but at least eating, have seen her

nibble on the orchard grass in hay feeder, went right after the apple her mom

would not eat anymore of.

Wondering if i should be getting worried. My mom doe - 4 yr old, her eyes

seemed clear to me when we got her now sort of weepy, drainage. Younger has it

a little but not as much as mom.

Advice? Is this normal for transition? Should i be getting worried?
