Well, I have moved and have no room to workout at home right now. That is why I haven't posted. But not to worry about my health. At my new place my shower isn't yet done so ..... I have been working out at the gym (where I teach spin) every AM. The nice thing is I am closer to this gym so that is good. I hope this week of this will start to pattern me into my regular AM workouts like I use to do.

I did get my Chalean Extreme during the move. Since I have no space for me to do this yet, I am reading the guide book and going to watch dvds, listen to motivation cd etc and start program in month - maybe feb. Anyone else want to start then? Pink?

I would love to start then, if I ever get mine. I ordered 1 week ago

Friday and haven't received any shipping emails nor has it hit my

card. If I don't hear anything by tomorrow, I'll be calling. I'm not

ready to start this month anyway...haven't worked out in a couple

months and I am really tight, mainly my neck and upper back, so my plan

is to work on flexibility before starting strength.

Judy, I would love to be your rotation partner for CXT but I'm

terribly unreliable that way and would wind up letting you down. I'm

ready to start as soon as I get my dvd's and will do them as I can,

but it might not be to a set rotation per se. I want to do strength 3x

a week and cardio 5x a week or more.

I know Jen is doing this rotation and would probably love to do a

planned rotation with you!

I didn't know it came with a motivation cd! Yay! Chalene never fails

to pick me up and every dvd of hers I get I cling to every word she

says! How long is it?

I'm sorry you don't have a place to work out yet, but how dedicated of

you to go to the gym in the morning, esp. with all the New Years

rezzies taking up all the machines and lockers! As an instructor

though I love it :) such great energy in full classes!

Feel free to post your gym workouts if you like!
