Dear IsobelTash has had mega allergies since being a baby... as her health has improved so the list of allergies has decreased.. I am not in favour of desensitisation as when my Mother in law had it in Germany.. her simple intolerances became mega issues with blistering and splitting hands... 10 years later it has not recovered.

With Tash we removed all allergens for many years and very slowly reintroduced after puberty.. her list of exclusion foods is about a quarter of what it used to be.. We are very relaxed about her staying off dairy altogether .. as mammals other than man give up all dairy when they are weaned.

- we got if from Dr Myhill don't know if she could help with a more up-to-date

list?) - if you email us we can scan and attach our list.

to a rotten start to the pollen season but actually it went on to be our best

summer yet so there's a chance it did something toward reducing allergies. We

wondered if I was slightly more allergic afterwards - but it looks like I was

reacting to Tim's car more than we understood at the time.

inspiring particularly for those of us with multiple anaphylactic allergies.

EPD is a nice alternative to the more common desensitisation methods because the

dose is so much smaller and it addresses many, many allergens at a time. It

something we plan to come back to.

Hi Isobel,

It is the aircon in the car - or rather the environmental control. We are still

working on it - we guess there is an aspergillus mould there (I have high IgE to

this). It should be OK again for a while after the freeze but I don't feel the

need to test it out.

I wonder how many other ASDs are having problems with aircons.

Best wishes, Sandy

Hi SandyDo any of them have " antibacterial " stuff in them.. I react to the antibacterial, microban stuff... and I sometimes get a sort of chemical smell off the aircon in hubbies car..

hi sandy air con causes so many bugs and obviously allergies in your case i know

a car memon helped one of my friends, i couldnt cope with it as it made me

extremely ill, maybe klinghardt s site could suggest something for mold or an

anti radiation thing to insert in your car...

www.dkprotocols.com if this of any use , thanks for all your wonderful help. i

see it was a dr Len Mcewan in the 1960s who realiseed that a single dose of beta

glucuronidase could singularly desensitize grass pollen [as an example ] rather

than prolonged course of conventional desensitixating injections, I found tbis

info in my book by stephen edelson 'conquering autism' all the best Isobel x
