Guest guest Posted November 12, 2003 Report Share Posted November 12, 2003 We use egg nog from time to time also we combine 1c milk 1-3eggs 1/2-1tsp vanilla 1/3-1TBS Maple Syrup or Molasses or Raw Honey Optional 1TBS Gelatin 1TBS Cocoa or Carob powder You can use an immersion blender (easiest) or food processor or blender if you don't have access to any of these a shaker may suffice. DMM =======> DMM, do you use the whole egg, whites and all? If so why? Is there any need to separate off the whites like I and others are doing?
