Jen's exercise for Thursday 1/24/08 Today I did: Slim in 6's "Ramp It Up" for 45.93 minutes. I used 2 lbs for triceps, 5 lbs for shoulders and 8 lbs for biceps. Do you think it would be better for me to use 3 lbs for my triceps but do kickbacks instead of tricep extensions? I don't seem to be improving very much with the extensions. PLEASE Let me know. I walked on my treadmill for

35 minutes - Incline/no Incline AND I played volleyball for 1 hour. Jen
