Metamucil comes in a powder that you mix with a beverage and it also comes in wafers (I call them crackers.) What it is is a fiber laxative/fiber supplement - 100% Natural Psyllium Fiber. You can buy it at grocery stores in their medicine dept or in stores like CVS. My mom uses the powder and mixes it will orange juice everyday. It has 6 gr of fiber. We also eat Fiber One cereal that has 14 grams of fiber.
