thats the idea. all of the lunges in S & L are dynamic (they move

forward and backward). i change all of them to static (done in

place). i can use heavier weights that way and dont hurt my

knees at all. i really dislike all of the pulsing squats and

lunges in this workout and i change most of them to static holds.
