Guest guest Posted March 13, 2008 Report Share Posted March 13, 2008 Yeah, I had done pushups with my feet on the ball before, but what she had me do was place the ball against a wall and place my hands on either side of it and touch my nose the ball on the way down. I did the first set of 15 on my toes but for the other two sets I went to my knees. Good stuff! How are you and your wife doing? What are your workouts like these days?
