Good job, Darcy! I have the same problem with my HRM

– gets wonky when the strap loosens off. Very annoying.

I completed this workout after dragging my feet worse than

yesterday. Yesterday's workout was suprisingly great, today's not so

much! Kaysar woke up early this morning and was a grouch and forced me

out of bed with him. I wanted to sleep in to catch up on sleep from

Friday night... Oh well... Anyway, I wanted to do strength, but not go

heavy, so I went with Dove #3. This is the first time I have tried this

workout, and while I liked it for it being very different, it wasn't my

favorite Dove. I think I liked the first 2 better. I have yet to

try #4. Anyway, I don't know how many calories I burned because I was

fighting with my HRM. I had the one who's strap is a bit too big for me,

and I couldn't get it to keep a connection. At one point, it said my HR

was 34..LOL... Anyway, tomorrow I will do my kettlebell workout, and I

know that one will be good so I'm already looking forward to it :)

We are off in a couple of hours to a b-day party, where I'm sure I will consume

some cake.... Oh well, this is why I workout, so I can indulge and not

feel guilty! :) I hope everyone else is enjoying their Sundays as well!
