lifting HEAVY!

I just wanted to share a new personal best:

I've increased my deadlift to 40# ... I can hardly lift it off the

rack. I'm doing it carefully. I probably could lift 45#

What happens after you can't lift it off the rack?

I've also increased my chest presses to 25# (I had been doing 20# for

quite a while)

This seems heavy to me, but still not hitting 10 on it

But Turbulence Training goes almost to failure

I'm gonna hang out at these new weights for 2-4 weeks before I switch.

But then I read someone here (Dr. Val? ?) deadlifts 135# or

something???

I notice how much stronger my upper body is than my lower body. No

wonder my shorts aren't getting looser faster, I guess. I'm needign

to be so careful with my knee, and my foot... I'm only lunging and

squatting with 12# weights.
