Cellular response to resistance training

I have two questions for this great Supertraining community.

What is the response to a resistance exercise on the organ, cellular

and subcelllar level? I mean, what happens with different organelles

in the muscle cells after resistance training, is there any

differences between responses to training to failure, or others kinds

of training stimulations? I would be thankful for any studies,

internet sites or books that handle this subject.

My second question is the exactly duration of a muscle growth, not

only increased proteosynthesis after a resistance training. In many

studies is obvious, that the proteosynthesis significantly increase

24-48 hours after the resistance training. Nevertheless, what about

other processes like endocrinal responses, healing of the micro

trauma, global compensation and the supercompensation of the

muscle, the activity of the satellite cells and others items of the

muscle growth? I think, muscle growth is not only the proteosynthesis

after the training - there are many more aspects involved.

Thanks!
