It's all part of the one thing it seems. A local Herb Society friend sent this to me ... Even here in New Zealand we are worried about these regulations and their potential spread around the world. (Where the rest of the world goes, NZ goes ...) I apologise in advance if this isn't closely enough tied in to natural perfumery to be relevant. To all those who care about Natural Medicine.
