RTD Shakes/Bars

Does anybody use the RTD Shakes and which are the best in terms of

nutrition & taste.

Same question for the Bars. I have looked at tons of them and they

all have different good and bad qualities.

I don't want any that have a lot of sugar, but at the same time I

don't want to use the ones with a lot of sugar alcohols. There are

few that claim low glycemic index, like Detour and Balance Gold.

Both also claim no High Fructose Corn Syrup which is a plus. But the

Myoplex that I look at had HFCS I believe.

Any ideas. I am gearing up to start on Sunday. I need my free day

to be Saturday. I think I can handle the excercise part, but moving

from 3 med/large meals to 6 small meals is daunting to me. I already

invest a lot of time into making my meals and I would like to try to

just make them smaller and add snack meals of shakes and/or bars.
