Guest guest Posted August 13, 2008 Report Share Posted August 13, 2008 Hello I'm in the middle of week 2 and am unsure if I'm working out hard enough on weight lifting days. I do max out muscles to where they feel like jello afterwards but I rarely have days when my muscles hurt afterwards. Should they hurt? On another note: I'm happy to report that my eating is much better thanks to the help of all you sweet ladies here my first week. The shakes and the bars have really helped me keep on track.
