Dear All,

Influenced by Zen and Tibet Buddhism, the way I deal with CMT

and all kinds of fear in my life is through --- no escaping from

fear, getting in close touch with fear, and feeling the feeling of

groundless. Gradually, we might find the strength, compassion from

the groundless.

I highly recommend two books that I often read when I feel weak

to face my life.

When Things Fall Apart: Heart Advice for Difficult Times

(Shambhala Classics) by Pema Chodron

The Wisdom of No Escape and the Path of Loving Kindness by Pema

Chodron
