Guest guest Posted September 29, 2006 Report Share Posted September 29, 2006 Dear All, Influenced by Zen and Tibet Buddhism, the way I deal with CMT and all kinds of fear in my life is through --- no escaping from fear, getting in close touch with fear, and feeling the feeling of groundless. Gradually, we might find the strength, compassion from the groundless. I highly recommend two books that I often read when I feel weak to face my life.
