I found Tone to be tougher than Sweat too. I'm jealous you got to spend the evening with and his beautiful yogis and I'm also jealous you have snow! The 'burbs got some last week, but not us city folk It would be nice to have some if only but for a few days this year.

Hope you sleep well tonite! 's voice and the setting for the practice are so dreamy..
