Guest guest
Wow, great finds, !! I'm so glad you found extra risers for your step! I only have three sets so far, but always keep my eyes open at goodwill, lol. That should be plenty to play around with the FIRM videos. That's great that you know what thrift stores to check out, now too. On Saturday I think I learned what stores NOT to check, lol. I just picked up that Donna 4 day rotation not too long ago myself! It looked interesting, and the description made it sound useful. I haven't previewed it yet. I wonder if we'll like her style? Sounds like you have tons of great stuff that all came at once, lol! I forgot to comment on your Cathe MIS review! That's one that I found at Goodwill a few weeks ago - I'm so glad you liked it so much! I'm looking forward to trying it myself! And great deals on your new Cathe! Woo-hoo! I think you got all the thrifty luck this weekend! I found a few things, but for as many stores as we hit it was still kind of a bummer, lol. More on that in a bit! Sara > > > Gin Step Reebok The Video (I'm watching that right now and it is weird looking, just started watching it though) > Petra Kolber Reebok Hi-Low Aerobics (Versa Training) (watched that earlier and it is also odd looking but very fast and dancey, will try it but I may not like it) > Voight Core Essentials > Voight Streamline Fitness > Suzanne Deason Gentle Yoga for Beginners (unopened, only 20 minutes and supposedly flows so I thought it might be nice) > Kathy Weight Loss Workout > Kathy New Yoga Basics > Kathy New Yoga > Austin Ultimate Fat Burner (I might be sorry but it looked interesting from the description anyway) > Donna 4 Day Rotation Workout > Donna Donna-Mite Aerobics Workout > Donna 30 Days to Firmer Abs & Arms > Donna 30 Days to Thinner Thighs > Donna 3 Day Rotation 2000 > > (got the Donna & Kathy yoga videos from a woman who said she " loved Donna " -- maybe she has them on DVD now but she looked like she hadn't worked out in a while, I previewed a couple of them and they look pretty good.) > > Other latest acquisitions: > Cathe Power Hour + Maximum Intensity Strength & Body Max on DVD!!!! I had a 10% off coupon on ebay and won an auction for this, paying less than $23 (total includes shipping)! I loved MIS and knew I'd love the others too so now I have a VHS copy of MIS to give to someone who can use it. The tape is in excellent condition (I got it used from freecycle and used it once myself) but the case shows shelf wear. If you want it, just email me and I'll send it to you (no charge for the tape or shipping). > > Finally got all 4 of the Yoga Sacred Practice Vinyasa Flow DVDs with Rainbeau Mars that I ordered several months ago for $15 when & Noble was having a clearance sale. I got them in pieces, 2 of them, then 1, then a month later the last one showed up. > > > >

Guest guest
Yeah, the cueing head and the factory setting was seriously strange. I watched the whole thing though and really want to do it sometime soon, to experience it if nothing else. It doesn't look like a killer in any sense but then again, looks have deceived me before so who knows.
