I confess I had to look this word up in the dictionary :/

Well personally I cherish my time over $ - as long as you get to keep

your health benefits you should be good?

Now that I'm a poor homeowner (can't even afford internet at home and

haven't figured out how to tether my Blackberry to my Mac) I've had

to automatically delete all Borders and Bath & Body Works coupons

from my email and I've avoided the dvd section at Ross like the

plague and go straight to housewares upstairs (which is why I keep

asking if you guys have seen Ripped and Chiseled yet there!)

I have so many virgin workouts it's shameful - just another reason to

not buy new workouts, get back on track and do the ones I have, right?

I can finally walk again, so I'm thinking Cathe's Kickbox/Biceps tape

from the Express series. I watched it last night and it looks

perfect! I'm getting tanked with my team at an outing tomorrow for

work, so that will be a rest day, but on Thursday I could do the next

part in the Express series, 10-10-10/Triceps to compliment tonite's

workout. We shall see.. both of these are virgins for me, so it will

be fun to try them out and see how much it pummels me to a pulp!

I understand the greed/new workout sansara cycle though. I hope I

will be able to afford or otherwise obtain the ChaLEAN Extreme

workouts too! I love working out with Chalene both in person and on

video and I want more!

Hugs,

me

hey laura, you and i both!!! i have been pretty good. i had to go major shopping at goodwill for clothes b/c of work but i admit i picked up a few things i didn't NEED but i loved and hey for 3.50! but i haven not bought not a one workout since rumble came in the mail. with gas being the way it is too its best that i don't go driving around looking for trouble LOL. i am shopping at places that just plain dont' carry fitness items unless i NEED something and i go in and go out. its hard right now but its gotta get better. i have even avoided most threads at VF other then trades and any topic that catches my eye. i stay far away from the enabler. have you checked to see if verizon has the same package in your area like mine where you get

direct tv, internet, and phone all on one bill and the first 6 months of internet is free?! i am not sure what mine is yet but they have advertised it for $80. not sure what your budget is but with the kid i need a phone and at least internet. the tv was just a bonus and i hate comcast anyway LOL. to much for to little. still get fittv though and got free dvr so it could record shows while i am at work. of course when you get a budget together it wouldn't hurt to ask. not the greatest but i sure helps to have everything on one bill. now if my other utilities would work this way i would only get 3 major bills a month LOLkassiaNow that I'm a poor homeowner (can't even afford internet at home and haven't figured out how to tether my

Hi !

The furlough should be okay - if it is only 2 days, more than that, I won't be too happy. From what I understand from the 'old timers" they did this back in 1992, but then ended up getting paid for the days later in the year - I dunno if that will happen this time around though!

I do need to just be content with what I have for the moment, and you all know I have tons! I've also been doing lots of non-video/DVD workouts - finally making use of the treadmill and the exercise bike - not necessarily by choice (recommended by my chiro) but both types of exercise have grown on me - I can listen to my own music at least! :)

My best friend from college usually sends me an Amazon, Borders or & Noble gift card for my b'day - so I can spend a little when that comes. I do seriously need to do a better job at budgeting - spent a ton on DD's back to school clothes (and I don't shop at the fancy kids stores - Walmart, Target, Kohls are our staples) so I think I'm SOL on a new fall wardrobe. Guess that is okay since I only go into the office 3X per week anyway - and Friday is casual/jean day anyway! :)

Take care!
