Even better, it is whole wheat banana raisin bread and I make it with egg beaters and applesauce instead of eggs and oil so it is quite low in fat! I still have to watch myself though because I could eat the entire loaf much too easily!

Mmmm banana raisin bread!I love ball workouts, this one sounds good, , and 27 minutes is a nice amount of time, and Cathe always delivers! I'm always impressed how you and Kathy fit your workouts in!
