Guest guest Posted February 9, 2008 Report Share Posted February 9, 2008 Today I had some time on my hands while my DH and oldest DS went to the Philadelphia car show. I thought I'd try a Cathe 4DS workout and while I started out to do the Kickbox workout, I took at the premixes and decided to the the Total Body Weights workout which clocks in at 97 minutes! Whew! I would have appreciated a longer warm up, ab work and stretch work (didn't have them) I still liked it. Tons of upper body work and quite a bit of lower body work. My biceps are fried!
