Since a lot of the GR workouts have a zillion push ups, I moved my p/u challenge to T, Th, Sat

I'm going to do a pushup challenge, but I'm going to just do as many as I can just as I have been on her push up segments and if I go over (which I won't) I'll pause it if I have to.

If I do decide to do this rotation it will be done like yours except I'll probably do my cardio starting on Sunday.

Since a lot of the GR workouts have a zillion push ups, I moved my p/u challenge to T, Th, Sat and am going to try to do the Great Abs Guaranteed workout every day. Sunday is my rest day due to racing but I might try to get 7 minutes in there :). I remember doing it every day years ago and getting pretty good results. But I might mix it up and do different ab workouts, we'll see :).

I really like living in the " high rent district " and I bet if you just take yourself in hand and tell yourself you are going to do it and like it (or else), you'll end up loving the benefits so much that eventually you couldn't imagine not working out.

I've spent enough time in the ghetto...I wanna live out the rest of my days on Park Place!
