Guest guest Posted May 6, 2011 Report Share Posted May 6, 2011 Neem should not generally be used full strength, mixing it with a carrier oil is best since it can irritate the skin directly if you want to use it on yourself or a pet. There are some good websites that have alot of good info. If you Google " Neem oil uses " you will get several good hits. There are many uses for it. I have used it as a fungicide and insecticide on my plants using the basic recipe you provided. Works wonders. I never thought to use it as an insect repellent, though. Makes perfect sense.
