Guest guest Posted October 10, 2008 Report Share Posted October 10, 2008 Hi Everyone, I biked on the stationary bike today for about 30 minutes, then I hopped on the TM for 15 minutes - I upped my pace to almost 5mph for walking, so I did a little more than a mile in 15 minutes. After that it was on to Pilates w/ Hillary Burnett's Intermediate workout. I like this one, the exercises flow together well and Hillary's demeanor is very relaxing. Is anyone going to be starting the push-up challenge next week? I'm going to print it out and start doing it. I need more upper body work than I'm getting w/ Pilates alone.
