Guest guest
LOL! And Happy Birthday - a bit late. Being 40 isn't so bad, I turned 40 in Nov and haven't felt any different. Did you end up getting over your virus? I have a barking seal cough myself. In a way I definately miss the structure of Tony - now I'm finding myself struggling a bit to come up with my own plans, but I'm sure I'll get back into the swing of doing that soon enough. I liked the schedule you put together for and I may borrow that one - I love generic theme rotations where you can plug in " whatever " for the day. I still have a ton of new FIRMs to get through, too. I am actually getting sore from the Shape Workouts, so I'd say that P90X didn't " ruin " me for all other exercise videos - I think change always challenges! I do notice that my cardio capacity is higher after p90x, I'm pretty sure it was from doing PlyoX! It is a bit of a change to also now focus more on endurance exercises - ligther weights vs. heavier ones for Tony's workout. I'm finding myself picking up heavier weights but then having to drop down, whereas with Tony's workouts I tended to go lighter and then have to increase my weights (I'm guessing it was from being more used to doing endurance workouts before P90X). I did order the New Rules of Lifting for Women and I may give that program a try for awhile. Heavier lifting, fewer reps, shorter workouts. Take care! Donna --- Pink Pussycat wrote: > Hi Donna!
