Hi Matt,

I'm always skeptical about miraculous recoveries, so I have to ask:

Did your doc confirm CMT with genetic tests or do a lumbar puncture or

look for other causes? I ask because it seems likely that you may

have actually had an autoimmune neuropathy like CIDP (inflammatory

demyelinating polyneuropathy), which can have a pattern of

remittance. Or, you could have HNPP. Sorry to be a wet blanket, BUT

I want to know!
