Guest guest Posted April 10, 2008 Report Share Posted April 10, 2008 So a lady at my gym noticed a trend- I complain about eating junk food around the same time of month - she remembers this because she gets her hair cut every 4 weeks and thats usually when I start eating crazy. It's like I have no control. All rational thought has left me. So according to my birth control pills I will not start my period for another 2.5 weeks. I always thought PMS related hunger was during your period. Is there some vitamin or something I can take? I can ruin 3 weeks of great eating with a few days of this nonsense. I end up very frustrated with myself and am left wondering why I don't have more self- control. If anyuone has any personal insight I'd love to hear it.
