I had to have one for my sinus area and im sure it is going to be spendy even with insurance. I hope u take today easy and careful when u work out! I know that the lack of benefits sucks but it is best to catch everything before it becomes a bigger issue. I am getting this list via my hotmail account so there can be quite a delay at times. It SCARES me when people post about having chest pains or blindness an explosive skull-splitting headache while exercising. I know we joke about throwing up lungs and stuff, but uh, if anyone *actually* throws up a lung, get medical attention!
