Ow, that is a strange pain you have there :/With all the heavy duty weight lifting you do I think a full body massage would do your body wonders, not that that would necessarily solve your problem but it would still do your body good imho. I do have a tingling elbow from an injury from my Hapkido class a couple of years ago and I'm wondering if it isn't a pinched nerve too. Oh, the price of being an athelete :) heck I'm just proud to say I *am* an athlete :)Athletic hugs and shoulder rubs,
