Guest guest
The vitamin d 3 I started taking is 50,000 iu plus 200 iu in my multi. I wonder if I should take it every other day. Guest guest
But that is added vit D to milk. I dont think milk has that much vitamin D by itself. I could be wrong. So if the vit D is added, it all depends on what products they use to add to milk. Unless you are drinking raw milk 1 cup of 2% milk has 25% dv.Sent from my iPod My bet is that a glass of no fat milk would have more? Clarence E. Guest guest
An excess of vitamin D causes abnormally high blood concentrations of calcium (hypercalcemia), which can cause overcalcification of the bones, soft tissues, heart and kidneys. It can also damage the kidney and produce kidney stones. In addition, hypertension can result. The vitamin d 3 I started taking is 50,000 iu plus 200 iu in my multi. Guest guest
Facebook is just a social site that connects people who either know one another or have the same interests. I am sure you have heard about it so I won't go into much detail. It would be a place where we could share articles and even photos. I guess like the yahoo page just more "social". As for time....I guess it depends on how addicted you get to it! Sent from my iPod Havent done facebook. Guest guest
I take Vitamin D3 (5,000 IU) and haven’t been sick all winter. My Lyme doc suggested it as my levels were very low. The RX form of Vit D is not necessary. Val > I am just curious....do you guys take vitamins? Multi? Vitamin D?
