Guest guest
Hi, I am going through a planning phase. I think we have a few on board for the 3rd annual ripped rotation in September. Here is what we did the last two years: Day 1- Cardio, Abs & Yoga> Day 2- Ripped & Stretch> Day 3 - Cardio, Abs & Yoga> Day 4 - Slim & Lean & Stretch> Day 5 - Cardio, Abs & Yoga> Day 6- Ripped to the Core & Stretch> Day 7 - rest or long stretch I'm not wedded to this - though. I think it may border on being too much so I may play with it and perhaps substitute a power yoga or "power" Pilates session in for one of hte Ripped days. I know the last two years both Carolyn and I ended up with colds - it could just be a coincidence with the time of year and the start of the new school term, or it could be that this is overdoing it. I suppose I can go in w/ the intention of following this format and mixing it up if I find myself fatigued at any point. I'm really trying to be good about listening to my body!! I also now have Ripped 1000, I'm not sure if I want to put this into the mix or not. I suppose if I do, I will cut out one of the cardio days or maybe do a shorter cardio workout on the day after Ripped 1000. I think used Ripped 1000 last year and alternated it with the regular Ripped (first release) each week. I don't have Ripped and Chisled, but anyone who does can certainly throw it into this mix. As for P90 Masters - I know some of us are trying to schedule it and it sounds like after the holidays in Jan/Feb is best for everyone. Probably a good move. I struggled to get through P90X during the holidays. Plus, we'll hopefully have some holiday money to spend to purchase or complete our kits by then! I think I'd prefer to start in January so I'm for sure finished by Easter/Spring break which I think is in April for '09. So mid-Jan is probably a safe time to start for me. I suppose though, I could start in Feb and if I need to miss a week for Spring break, so be it! Anyway, hope everyone is having a great day - sorry to be such a planner today!
