Hi,

Well, today I decided to do a week of one body part a day. DH is working afternoons this week (hopefully the only week) so I thought I'd be able to get a body part in a day plus my cardio and legs. Though I have the time to do a workout in the afternoon, it doesn't leave me with much time. I'd rather do a short yoga routine later in the day then another workout, but we'll see how it goes this week.

I'm going to do the slow & heavy workouts this week but going with 12 reps and 3 sets. (2/2 count up and down)

Today I started with chest. I did yoga first and did Yoga Shakti (Rhythmic vinyasa & standing flow 1) this routine was 20 minutes. After that I went straight to S & H and did chest.

Bench Press DB 25/25/25

Flys DB 25/25/20 Incline Bench DB 25/20/20Incline Flys DB 20/20/20

I skipped the pushups. My arms were totally fried by the end of those flys which I knew they would be.

We'll see how the week goes with this. I haven't done one body part a day in a long time. I use to love doing them, but I hate doing 2 workouts a day and that's about what you have to do in order to get the cardio and legs in along with any yoga I want to do.

Doing the yoga first was nice because my chest was nice and warm, but it took more time up which I really don't have since DH isn't home and I have a 6 year old.

Now, I'm off to get some stuff done.

Have a nice evening.

Great job, ! One body part a day sounds like a fun rotation to

change things up. Looks like you'll might have some major chest DOMS

in the next day or two! :)
