Guest guest Posted June 27, 2008 Report Share Posted June 27, 2008 Hi, I can't believe it's Friday already. This morning I decided to do some lower body floor work. I absolutely love floor work. I get a great burn while I lie down lol But this wasn't easy by any means. I did B & G Floor Work & Abs Premix. In this workout she repeats a couple of exercises. Not sure why she chose just those 2, but I'm glad she didn't repeat them all lol I didn't repeat the second exercise which is straight leg glute lift/pizza press (oh I hate when she says that) and the fire hydrant thing. There was NO WAY I was repeating ALL OF THAT. I did repeat the roll ins and those were really hard. I really didn't think I'd feel that worked out after doing all floor work, but I'm beat! I think maybe from the 2 tough workouts yesterday and then this morning I'm pretty much done for the week. My back and biceps are sore and I woke up with a stiff neck this morning.
