Guest guest Posted May 7, 2008 Report Share Posted May 7, 2008 morning all last night i went different and did a workout i barely do and not sure why. yoga fusion beginners. lots of poses for stretching and relaxing with some toning with leg lifts and yoga abs. a pretty light workout but useful. not sure why they never bothered to put these on dvd?this morning i was SO tired that i slept to nearly 6:30 but managed to get in YFIP leg basics for 20 min. lots of stretching with some standing and some seated/lying poses. it also got a little back and hips. hopefully i will have energy for some yoga later. have a good one kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo!
