Hi everyone. Quick check in (middle child's 12th (!) birthday today):

Wednesday - Cathe Push Pull 45 mins 240 cals

tmill 2.5-2.7mph 31 mins 134cals

Thursday TJ - kickin core (cardio only) 33 mins 221 cals (thanks for the

trade, Carolyn!) fun workout, even though I was lost through much of it :-)

tmill 2.6mph 30 mins 140 cals

Friday - Cathe Body Fusion add on arms/abs 36 mins 164cals
