This week there's no volleyball because it's Spring Break for the schools. I will have to do "REAL" exercise this week. I've decided to focus on exercising and eating healthy instead of getting frustrated when I don't lose weight or when I gain weight. I think I will be more successful if I enjoy the process of building a healthy lifestyle rather than freaking out about every pound I gain or lose! I didn't have any challengers for the position of Vice President on the Deaf & Hearing bowling league so I will continue as V.P. next Fall AND we voted and will be moving to a bowling alley that is closer to my home!!! doing happy dance!
