sleep problems

Hi Jen,

Thanks for the information and let me ask you about the sleeping problem. I'm

not sure what sleep apnea is but I have major sleeping problems. I started

taking xanax again, although I hate the way I feel in the morning, but...I am a

night person. But when I go to sleep I always wake up at 3 a.m. or 4, then stay

up until 8, go back to sleep for a couple hours and finally get going at about

12.

My schedule is so screwed up and I don't know why. They say to get out of bed

(for normal people) when you wake up and start doing things, but my legs won't

do it. Of course I'd love to jump out of bed and start my day, but that's not

what happens. I need to find out if I'm the only one like this or is the

alright for people with CMT? Any information would be great. Thanks again!
