Oh I'm so happy to hear that older DD may have swallowed her

pride a little and let you help her! And how freaking adorable that

joined in too!

I wish you could be MY personal trainer! Seriously, I read your

workouts and usually speechless and don't know what to say. I wish I

did 1/3 the strength training you do! I know you could show me a

thing or two and really kick my tail!

It *is* nice to hear she bragged about you at work I love it when

that happens!

And to top it off, you're a canine trainer too! The kids and puppers

are so lucky to have you!
