I love to hear about the results of vitamins like E, D, etc. Those are the

reasons I joined this group, to hear what people are doing that is helping

them. I would like to share a great website. www.consumerlab.com As you

may know, there is nothing governing the vitamin manufacturers on how

potent, how natural or even that the contents of the bottle match what it

says on the outside. I read about this website in Bottom Line and it is

great. They test vitamins, supplements, minerals and things of that nature

to ensure that the consumer is getting what is best for them. It suggests

brands and doses that met their standards and are safe. Kind of a Consumer

Reports for natural supplements. Anyway, I just thought I would say thanks

and share something that helps me.
