Guest guest Posted May 11, 2006 Report Share Posted May 11, 2006 Hello to all ers, As a result of all my exercises, aquatic, gym/mat and hte Bosu Ball, it seems my posture has improved. This week several of the Personal Trainers made that comment, and so did the Director of our Aquatics program, 2 Physical Therapists and the Owner of the PT/Gym. Their comments included how tall and erect I am standing, plus walking that way, plus when I am exercising, I am still holding that good posture. I thought this was interesting and just wanted to share this. If any of this has had an effect on my CMT, I really haven't noticed, but because I have increased my physical activity, I have gained more strength and one of my friends mentioned how much energy I have (she does not have CMT). She said she can't work out with me anymore because she needs a 'slower' partner. I have to admit, this was all good news for me. Oh yes, and I continue to loose about one pound a week - which I have been doing for some time - and at the same time toning up the rest of me. Exercise is where it's at for me. You know you've lost weight and are doing well when your small size jeans come out of the dryer and zip up just perfectly, without having to " suck it in " or lie down on the bed to get the zipper up, lol. ~ Gretchen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
