Guest guest Posted March 28, 2008 Report Share Posted March 28, 2008 Quick check in Tuesday - TJ 20 min workout (first time - great fun), Slim and limber, 21 mins tmill Wed - 55 mins Cathe cardio and weights (284 cals), with lots of the cardio taken out. Whew. Thurs - tmill 43 mins, tmill 15 mins Friday - Work it off - cardio sculpt 40 mins, 249 cals - most of the cardio not done - just wasn't in the mood for complicated step choreo. Good workout (Tracey York was dripping sweat by the end!)....should have stayed with the scheduled straight weights though. Not sure what I was thinking this morning :-) in sunny, warmish Ontario No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG.
