Everything was from the DVD Low Impact Circuit Over head press 3 sets (bar bell) 25 lb (1 set) 20 lb (2 sets) Lying bar bell extensions (3 sets) 25 lb (1 set) 20 lb ( 2 sets) Balancing squats 2 sets Pushups positive/negative Abs I don't care for the abs in this workout for some reason.
