I hear ya Kassia. Sounds like a great workout! Negative people are a real drain and should be FIRED. With our current economy being not so hot, I have no idea why more employers don't take advantage of it by firing the dead, unproductive, negative wood and replace them with good employees who appreciate having a job. We are doing more of that where I work and I am happy about it. I feel for people losing their jobs thru no fault of their own, but I don't feel sorry for those who were told to do better or act better and chose not to. You are not entitled to a job, you need to earn it. Whew! Off the soapbox now.

yoga/strendurance/stretch

good morning all,started the day with a yoga warm up with perfect in 10 yoga awaken and energize segment. its starts with light breathing exercises, some light stretch, then a few short rounds of sun salutations. is a slower paced vinyasa so you slowly warm up and loosen tight muscles. today was an awesome day with strendurance. push ups were pretty strong, squat thrust with push ups were very strong and even the first 2 sets of mountain climbers were bad ass!!! the last set i just couldn't make the full 20 seconds but that cool i was strong the first two sets, so QUALITY over QUANTITY!!! a new motto LOL. i will say it again,just b/c they are short workouts doesn't mean they are easy b/c they are tough and those little breaks are needed to recover from high intensity even if its 20-30 second sets. a little extra time so i added on tony little's stretch- cardio stretching segment. i found this tape at the dollar store. it has 3 8-12 min stretching workouts. one for back which focuses on core,hip, legs, and back stretches. the cardio stretching does a little overall body from legs, torso and shoulders. and the pm stretch is another all over body stretch but i haven't done that one yet just previewed when i got it. he holds stretch for 15-20 seconds a little timer dings when its time to move one. he is very very calm in this one and cues proper breathing and importance of the stretches. one of his better routines IMO. off to start the day. i am having a great morning so its a shame to go around negative ppl. maybe that is my test from a higher power, how to deal with negative ppl and not let them suck the happiness out of you with their drama. so far its working but so many ppl get in on the gossip that its sickening. i just daydream about working out LOL!!!!whatever gets you through the day. have a great onekassia

This sounds like a very tough workout, way to go Kassia! The yoga and stretch sound really nice too, what great complements to the workout. I hope you kept to your positive attitude. Maybe you are there to be a light to the gossipy people (rather than being tested, perhaps you're meant to inspire them)? It is tough to do the right things when so much wrong is going on around you though and even tougher to keep a positive attitude. Hang in there and keep daydreaming about your workouts!
