Guest guest
Dear , So Kind of you! Thanks for your prayers . God Bless you too! Today I placed my order for supplements and I forgot about the fish oils...I will take those too... I used to take cod liver oil and then after omega 3...and I do have linseed oil at the fridge, but sometimes forget to take it! I do agree with your email , I am doing what I can and continuing fighting at all times. All is well, I say that to myself at all times! I will pay more attention to my food also because I have lost my appetite recently, and found myself just drinking shakes for some reason...instead of having a proper meals. I know I need food, variety of it, but right now I have been bit lazy and not eating very well. I will correct that too! Being ancious does not help much, so I will take a day at the time until see the doctor ortopedist and finding out what is wrong. Hopefully I will feeling much better soon. I have a good lighting here at my room, it is halogenic lamps, very bright and nice, it is always ON because I do love light..reminds me the sun! , thanks so much again and again. Feel laways free to email me anytime, I am always here... Have a great day!
