As usual, I'm getting exhausted just READING about your weights there,

! You are one mean Iron Woman!

> Push Pull- Chest Press- (3 sets) 25 lb (these felt easier doing

them on

> the floor rather than on the step)

> Body Max 2- Military Press- (3 sets) 12 lb

> Body Max 2- Double arm rows- ( 1 set) 25 lb

> Push Pull- One Arm Rows- ( 2 sets) 30 lb (1 set) 25 lb (2 sets)

> Butts & Guts- Fire s- band ( 2 sets) love this one!

> Push Pull- Calve raises- (3 sets)

> Super Sets- Lying Triceps Extensions- 3 sets- 12 lb

> Super Sets- Concentration Curls- 2 sets- 12 lb
