Hey Spy,

Try cooking your oatmeal in the microwave oven. The best is the " Old

Fashion " or cut oats types. I add oat bran cereal, Grape Nuts, and a

packet of Knox unflavored gelatin to mine before cooking. After cooking,

All Bran, a few raisons, and some sugar free maple syrup are stirred in.

Finally four ounces of vanilla soy milk and four ounces of Lactaid fat

free milk are poured on top. A sprinkle of cornflakes finishes a hardy

breakfast treat that stays with you all morning. It sounds like a lot to

do, but only takes seven minutes to prepare and is very tasty. Ask me

sometime about lunch and dinner. My controlled diet keeps my weight

steady and everything moving along just great.
