Guest guest Posted June 2, 2006 Report Share Posted June 2, 2006 Hey Spy, Try cooking your oatmeal in the microwave oven. The best is the " Old Fashion " or cut oats types. I add oat bran cereal, Grape Nuts, and a packet of Knox unflavored gelatin to mine before cooking. After cooking, All Bran, a few raisons, and some sugar free maple syrup are stirred in. Finally four ounces of vanilla soy milk and four ounces of Lactaid fat free milk are poured on top. A sprinkle of cornflakes finishes a hardy breakfast treat that stays with you all morning. It sounds like a lot to do, but only takes seven minutes to prepare and is very tasty. Ask me sometime about lunch and dinner.
