Guest guest
I know we've been over this before but, at the time, I wasn't interested. Now I am My orthotist wants to try Toe-Offs with me. I'm concerned that they won't give me enough lateral stability, though. I'm using a cheap, off-the-shelf double helix one now that feels pretty good. In the past I've tried Arizona Braces which I really like but they get hot in the Texas summer (and spring and fall and...). I absolutely abhored the pairs of the custom-fitted, high profile plastic ones. They were uncomfortable and hot as well. Has anyone used Toe-Offs and what do you think of them? Any other suggestions for ones that won't be too hot? I know about the Helios but I'm not ready for those yet.
