Guest guest
Hi Jo, Yes, the abstract was rather technical, but showed proof in the lab animals. I've been taking 1000 mg a day (in 1 capsule) for about 10 years now. I do believe it is worth it for me. At age 43 I felt OK, neurological function was OK, life was OK. Something about the Vitamin E though, at 1000 mg has me feeling terrific at 53! I mean terrific! That is my experience. And I will add my Internist, Dr. Schaack, was the one who suggested I start taking it in the first place. ~ Gretchen
